Food education in Schools

We provide cookery classes to children and young people in schools across the Midlands.

We come to your school and provide all the equipment and a trained chef to deliver a range of activities that will engage and inspire pupils.

We have a range of workshops tailored for schools.  For a gallery of images from different events please click here

Hands on Cookery Workshops

  • Inspire students to cook!  Topics can be tailored to the curriculum to support other subjects, for example, Healthy Eating in Biology, World cuisines for Modern Languages / Geography or Historical Cookery.  Alternatively we can support Food Technology students with bespoke masterclasses to support their coursework / curriculum eg Fish, Gluten Free Cooking or Stocks and Sauces.

Fundraising / Fun events where students do the cooking

  • Impress parents with food cooked by their children whilst raising money for your school / chosen charity
  • Options include Canapes prior to the school play, parents evening or Art Exhibition.
  • Cupcakes / sweet treats prior to a school bazaar / fundraising sale
  • A charity dinner for parents, cooked by the students
