Sudha Shankar Saha
Sudha is chef patron of AA rosette award Saffron restaurant, Birmingham. He is extremely talented and his imagination towards Indian cuisine results in exquisite, delicately flavoured culinary masterpieces. His style of cooking is a more contemporary approach to traditional Indian cooking, opening people’s eyes to multicultural cuisine using local and seasonal produce, flavoured with authentic spices with modern presentation. His hard work and fantastic food was recognised when he won the regional competition of ITV’s Britain’s Best Dish as well as being a semi- finalist for National chef of the year. Sudha will be teaching our ‘Contempory Indian’ courses, which focus on using delicate Indian spices to transform simple seasonal ingredients into fabulous dishes.
