Brendan Lynch
Brendan Lynch is a passionate baker and is best known for his time spent on the 2012 series of the Great British Bake Off where he reached the final. Self-taught, Brendan has been passionate about baking since his youth and is now pursuing baking professionally. Brendan enjoys all aspects of baking, especially bread and pastry and over the years has been strongly influenced by the traditions of France and is currently exploring breads, cakes and patisserie from the Nordic countries and the Middle East.We are delighted to have Brendan as part of the Seasoned Team.
