Andrew KojimaAndrew Kojima, 2012 Masterchef finalist is a master of Japanese cuisine. Half Japanese, half Scottish, Andrews food is renowned for combining flavour combinations from both cultures to create unusual and exciting dishes such as: Chocolate & black olive tart with rosemary ice cream.

After reaching the final of Masterchef, Andrew decided to move from a career in finance to one in food. He now works as a freelance chef, food writer and cookery teacher and we are very pleased to have him as part of the Seasoned Team.
